- Legal basis and objective
This statement is made in accordance with Section 12 BFSG in conjunction with Section 4 BITV 2.0 and the harmonized standard EN 301 549. The RH Group is committed to fully implementing accessibility for all digital offerings by December 31, 2025, at the latest.
- Methodology and status of accessibility
As of June 10, 2025:
Some of the websites have already been made fully accessible. Other pages are undergoing active technical optimization or are scheduled for a complete overhaul (e.g., CMS migration). All measures will be fully implemented in stages by December 31, 2025, at the latest.
- Non-accessible content
The following barriers currently exist:
PDF documents without accessible structure
Missing or insufficient alternative text for images
Limited keyboard operability of individual modules
Missing semantic markup (e.g., ARIA roles)
Insufficient color contrasts
Limited compatibility with screen readers
- Accessible alternatives
Users who are unable to access content in a fully accessible manner can request it by telephone or email. Upon request, we will provide information in alternative formats. Our customer service team is available to assist with navigation and booking via the following contact channels:

- Disproportionate burden (§ 4 (2) BFSG)
Some external content (e.g., booking systems, map modules, YouTube videos) cannot currently be offered in an accessible format, as it is outside our editorial and technical sphere of influence. Implementation would represent a disproportionate economic burden. However, we are actively working to raise awareness of accessibility issues among our third-party providers.
- Content outside the scope of application
In particular, the following are not covered by the BFSG in accordance with Section 2 (3) BFSG:
