Lack of exercise is one of the main factors for our civilisation diseases, such as obesity, high blood pressure hypertension and diabetes. Often there is a lack of time, a gym or a sports club nearby. Many training plans on the internet are too complex and complicated. In short, there are too many hurdles on the way to doing something for one’s health and performance.
