TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATING FOR REVO MUNICH COMPETITIONS
By participating in one or more Revo Munich competitions, users accept the following conditions of participation for Facebook and Instagram: The competition is organized by Revo München GmbH, Hauptstraße 66, 12159 Berlin. The opportunity to participate in the individual competitions begins at the time the respective competition is published and ends at the time specified on the page.
Sweepstakes & Participation:
Overnight stays/or other prizes will be raffled off on the Revo Munich Facebook, Instagram and website. Participation in the individual competitions takes place separately, i.e.: the participants can take part in several competitions, but are not obliged to do so, because each competition has its own prizes and its own draw. The winners will be determined at random by the end date, which is stated directly in the respective competition. Participation is free.
Participant:
Natural persons who have reached the age of 18 are entitled to participate. Participants cannot assert any claims against Facebook and Instagram that arise in connection with participation and use of the competition.
Data / declaration of consent:
The participants allow the organizer to contact them via Instagram or Facebook and grant him the right to publish their names. The winners also expressly agree that their names will be mentioned on Instagram, Facebook or the website. Consent to the use of the data, publication and contact can be revoked at any time in writing to Revo München GmbH, Hauptstraße 66, 12159 Berlin. All information and data communicated by the users or collected by them in the context of the competition are provided to the organizer by the competition participants on a voluntary basis. The data will be deleted immediately and irretrievably after the competition has been completed. All inquiries and information regarding the competition should be addressed to the organizer. Employees of Revo Munich and their relatives are excluded from participation.
Winnings:
Determination of winners: The winners will be determined at random at the end of each competition and notified to the contact option provided via private message or E-Mail. Winners will be drawn from among all users who participate during the Sweepstakes Period specified on the Website. The winners must send their data to the organizer within 3 days after notification, otherwise the right to the prize automatically expires. Only one prize per lottery draw is possible per participant. The participants are responsible for the accuracy of the data provided.
Manipulation:
Participation via sweepstakes associations or automated services is not permitted. Manipulation of sweepstakes (even the mere attempt) will be reported. Revo München GmbH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition without giving reasons if they suspect manipulation. The prize is not transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. Revo München GmbH is entitled to make changes to the prize. The legal process is excluded. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin.
